50 Habits for your Tracker!

Hello Friends~!

This is kinda a #listicle, but I wanted to create a ton of things you could track via a habit tracker. Why should you track a habit? Its really a personal question, maybe you want to improve yourself, maybe you just curious how often you do that bad thing. For me, I do both. Sometimes I do a bad habit, like soda – but I also track positive things. I also try to track habits that I want to do more often to make sure I am doing them regularly.

So to start off here is what I track (and Why in some cases):

  1. Teeth (I use to track pain, now I track brushing regularly)
  2. Pain Med (I want to keep track of the so I do not over do it)
  3. Bunny $ (money spent on Bunny, ’cause I spoil him)
  4. Bunny Box (usually SAT but I want to make sure)
  5. Fun (sex, purely for science)
  6. Solo Fun (*cough*)
  7. Laundry ( I am such a procrastinator with laundry)
  8. Shower (purely a reminder)
  9. Hair (washed hair, I actually don’t wash mine often, it styles better)
  10. Nails (I felt like I was cutting them all the time, every 7 days or so)
  11. On Time (I am such a loser)
  12. Fatigue (make sure I am taking vitamins and such)
  13. Work it (exercise)
  14. Journal (log all stuff)

I was tracking my sleep, mood and steps at the bottom but eh I got bored of that quick. Mood is mostly happy go lucky, and my watch tracks the other two if I need to see it.

In the past i have tracked (22)

  • Pain Management
  • No spend (addicted)
  • No Soda (also addicting)
  • Water the Plant (I killed the bamboo)
  • Blog Post
  • Instagram or
  • Twitter
  • Vitamin (I now have set an alarm)

And finally some other items you can track, that so far I have not needed too (I drink plenty of water) are listed below. For various reasons that have not see fit for me, but you may find them useful. I sorted them into sections for ease

Health

  • Water Consumption
  • Target Calories
  • Specific Work Out (Yoga, etc)
  • Cook at Home
  • Order Out
  • Went to bed by a specific time
  • Got up at a specific time
  • Additional Medication (for awhile I did track how much I took)
  • Sickness
  • Dr. Visits
  • Days Preggo (milestones too!)
  • Period
  • Poop Log
  • Meditation
  • Alcohol Consumption
  • No sugar / Meat / Bread / etc

Work/Projects

  • Write XYZ amount of words
  • Use Journal/Buju/planner
  • Walk pet
  • Train Pet
  • Project progress
  • Blog Post
  • Video Post
  • Etsy/Other Sale

Home

  • Clean House
  • Dishes
  • Pay bills
  • Call someone (i.e. Mom, Dad, Brother)
  • Pray
  • Me time

Other ways you could use a tracker is to track a cleaning schedule (instead of a habit, put in a location i.e. Fridge, Laundry, etc) or if you need it, Medication. It would be a great pregnancy tracker too (moments, mood, movements, progress, etc I am sure). Tracking things can be really fun and its great to see where you were back in time.

What do you track?

edit: 4-4-17 This was a bit late, now you know why I want to create dedicated content for the next few months before I invest in the blog, I can be a total flake. The last week and into this week just having trouble staying focused and up beat but I am determined to stay focused.
