What’s in my 2026 Planner Stack
Are you working on perfecting your current planner setup?
I set mine up similar to last year, but let’s go over what is in each section and what I am working on this year and why. I’ve talked a bit about the list I am keeping this year and what I am tracking in this blog, so let’s go over what that looks like.

Planner Build
My planner is a frankenplanner of disc planner items and things I print myself. I am using handmade dividers as well as HP ones, disc are HP white currently, and I tend to flip through covers as I need a refresh. The inside stays the same mostly.
📌 One of my goals is to try to make a pleather(?) style book cover for myself this year. So I’ll share that when I get that done. I loved the soft style, and thought I’d try my hand at it.
Inside organization
So I have a cover page, you can download a good chunk of my starter pages in the resource library, I have a title page, future log, moon calendar and at a glance calendar. All in the library (and shown below).

Then I put my months. I keep months separate from my weeks/tasks/etc – I find this easier for me. My current months IMO are a bit too thick >>; I used 32lb paper this year as I am low on my favorite text weight, also most a source scored there! But they are made of the cover page, the month on 2 pages with grids, a mini month on the back page, with a goal page, then a monthly review.
I just shared some simple cover pages if you are looking for some monthly dashboards. I like using mine to use up stickers and really get creative.
Months
I use the month mostly for a mood and like what happen tracker – I don’t do a ton of future planning here. On the month on 1 page, I am using it to track Shouho stuff – so blog post, tasks, orders (💖) and Instagram work. It’s been helpful to use as a log of things that get done. That is the main goal this year, log the things I do.

It feels like I don’t get a lot done and I always feel down on myself at the end of the year, ADHD or something else I just don’t remember these things well so this year I am writing all the things I make down, complete, etc with dates.
Day to Day
After the months, this is where I am currently struggling.
I have tried so many week sets, I don’t like the usual horizontal, my usual tasks view has not been working for me. I’ve even tried bullet journal style, which is kinda how this year is going too, but I just can’t find a week that works for me.
The struggle. Ugh.
So this section changes, and I also have a ton of agenda plans I’ve tried.
It is however, followed by what I am using an a tasks inbox. Which is why this system is so chaotic right now, but I am absolutely keeping this. It’s so helpful. I am not 100% happy with my inbox template, as of yet, but I do like it.

I keep this section behind my ‘week’ tasks, and its more long term tasks, goals and sometimes I add things I do randomly, with a date (again, for tracking). My goal here is if I make something or achieve a goal here, I am dating that in this section, keeping it forever. So I can see what actually gets done, and when.
This is the meat of my planner and it where I keep creation dates and completion notes.
After which I have some plain notes for as needed. Then my trackers…
Trackers, collections and fill in pages.
I really put my collections together this year with clear intentions. I wanted to include what I use and want to utilize. Sometimes I feel like I add items because its a common page but I never use it. So I really took time to consider it this year.
Starting off with goal pages, I have a BINGO board for good things this year. The first thing on it was someone said I was helpful on Reddit when I commented about how I goal set. 10/10 was so nice to year. If you comment, email or respond to something it makes my day. Get your own goal bingo page variation below:

After the bingo board I have the 26 good things in 2026, which I’ve done every year for a few years. It’s simple, just lines and I love it.
I put a memories page in here that is TINY and I might need to rethink this one…as far as how I use it but I’d like to use it.
Next up, I have my plants for steps tracker lol I am working on getting back into shape, and its been a long, chronically ill journey my friends, but we are are getting motivated this year. Every 5000 Step day is a leaf, 9 leaves is a new house plant. 🪴
The next section is books. 📚
First up is my 52 books bookshelf. I love this, and use it every year. Then this year I designed a TBR game board for reading.
I found, I get stuck in decision paralysis for books. I have a VERY long TBR and I add to it all the time, via Instagram of course. So to eliminate that, we are planning a game after I finish a book to pick the next one. I am trying to read series that are complete together – but that is more of a if I liked it, I will be more likely to tear through the series faster this way.
Once any kinks are out I’ll share it.
💸 Next we are into money and spending. I am watching my spending this year very closely. I finally got out of debt, truly, and going forward we are not getting back into it. Being medicated was the solution, so if you are in the spot I was, know it gets better the longer you are medicated. It gets easier.
Anyway, first up is groceries, which I’ve tracker year over year for like 10 years. I highly recommend this, to see where you are spending and what not. I think food is one of those things its better to spend on, anyway, but yeah. We eat a lot at home. I am also tracking car washes and gas better this year. Or trying to, I mean I was sick this last week but I am behind on both these trackers 🚗 lol but yes, tracking these things I think is a great way to see when things are getting done or spent.
Next is savings for me, another one I do every year. 🐖 We as a family are quite frugal, and this is expected to be pretty good this year. Again I just got out of debt, so this should be an easy win this year, but we are keeping a spending track.
Next I have maintenance reminders, house, health, and car. Just to track.
Then I track meat we buy, cost and where. This helps us monitor and be aware of the meat we buy and where it came from – taste, environment wise, etc. I use to do a butcher in CO and I hope to find one here and be more local anyway, but yeah also a handy dandy tracker to help you be aware of your consumption.
Next is a package summary page. 📦 I don’t love this page. But I am tracking purchases and deliveries this way. Its very helpful and I am hoping will help with my spending.
Last pages are a bit more random, I have a packing list. We plan to do more travel this year now that we are settled in NY. So I gotta revamp this.
I have my hormonal wheel. I track this digitally for me, but yeah good to have and I like it. I have it pretty memorized at this point too but its just a nice reminder, not crazy just a hormonal. Then the last page is just a note of medical things. This is for me. Problem bothering me? Write it down to investigate later. I mark them off if they go away or I figure it out but yeah, just a good general note page for myself.
And that’s it.
That is what is in my planner.
These are the things that work for me and my goals this year. Lots of tracking. As far as other books I am working on the full stack plan, but I have
- Disc Planner (this)
- Media notebook – I write down things I learn online, how much I watch, etc
- Morning notebook – Morning pages have changed my brain
- Book notebook – for self help books, etc I write lessons in this to help me recall those books easier. Like a reference
- Adventure planner – A Muji planner I put pictures, cards and such in for things I do with my partner IRL, also including things I make, buy, etc Food, etc that type of journal.
- Random small notebooks for notes – one is an idea book and one is a writing notes book for the moment, I also keep a small sketch book that is UNDER utilized let me tell you.
I linked everything I could, if you are interested in something you saw insert wise that is not linked or free, please reach out and I’ll get it out there.
Happy planning
