Hello Friends~
Still working really insanely hard behind the scenes here D:
This week I have been fooling around with Woocommerce so I can sell my printables on here and Etsy – I figured why not right? I have been playing around with Amazon Affiliates and trying to learn the ins and outs of it. So far so good.
I would say most of my craft supplies come from Michael’s – as they have coupons, however I love the convenience of Amazon and we have prime so – we all but grocery shop on here. And honestly we do for some items. Christmas every year is complete on there that is for sure.
Anywho – this is a list of items I use regularly in writing, work and home. I create these for the purpose of growing my Amazon Affiliates and I highly suggest you do the same if you are just starting out – don’t worry I will make it a suggestion! Thank you for any clicks, shares or otherwise just reading through!
Planning/Writing
Pilot Varsity Pens – I have been loving these pens. I use them all the time and I got the multi-pack as I love to write in colors for different things.
Avery Mini Tabs – I use these all the time as well, they are perfect for tabbing notebooks with out tabs – plus they are pastel which I like color wise.
Pilot Highlighters – Frixxon ones – so they erase. I like these alot but I did also pick up the Zebra set below:
Zebra Highlighters – Again, I have the pastel ones. I might pick up the darker colors eventually, I don’t actually highlight a ton of items and I like the Frixxon ones better.
Crayola Super Tips – I wanted to get some brush pens, but I couldn’t justify the expense so I opted for these and they’ve worked out great for what I do on a regular basis. I didn’t expect that but I like them alot.
And finally, my next favorite pen that I always reach for is this Papermate Flexgrip in pink. Its a ball point pen and if I am taking a lot of notes I use this. I also sign the checks, etc with it. I have a bunch of them all over. They write rather smooth.
Side note – I use this to store all my pens in sections, I love it and if I ever am able to get brush pens, they are going in this too. Probably their own.
For notebooks I buy what is pretty, wish I could justify the Arc notebooks, but I can’t for their cost. I currently use my Happy Planner in gold (got the seasonal one for July) and their notebook paper. I highly suggest getting those from Michael’s – as you can use a discount coupon.
Otherwise I’ve taken to keeping notes in Google Docs in a digital Bullet Journal for ease. You can view it here, it’s pretty open but do keep in mind its my Bullet Journal so it has notes from various sources, etc things to come.
At work
I love these carts – we use them on all the desk – I have two cause I am a mess. Wait til they go on sale – down to $25 to get them, its a great deal then. We use these mats to protect the floors, actually need to get one this week for the new agents coming in. We also keep notebooks on hand, this one is the last we ordered – its easier to have sections for us. We use these envelopes for mailing reports to our clients when we need too, they are about $2 to ship if not over filled, so it is easy to remember.
On the Real Estate side, we do USB’s instead of CD’s now and as it was kinda expensive to get them custom, we just use these black ones. All closing deals also get a first aid kit. Which we dork up with custom pictures of us as Doctors. We also keep various greeting cards in stock with a multi pack from Amazon – This is the one we are currently on. This is so handy, specially for my office where they are always busy and its easier to keep them in stock.
I also finally got a label maker in and everyone loves it and uses it constantly. Its great for folders, notebooks, USB’s etc anything. Kits last a long a time too – its been about 6 months and I just now had to buy the refills for the white, still good on clear.
For Home
For the house we usually order items on Amazon that we get a better deal on than store – like paper towels. We sometimes get Aveno from the store, depends how desperate we are. We use the lotion, hair and body soap. Colorado is very dry, love this stuff. Also cannot forget coconut oil. We get this HUGE jar and separate it into containers for different stuff. SO uses these razors and I use these, personally I could not go back to the disposable. We usually use Scott as toilet paper too – just preferred overtime. You sorta find your sweet areas as you get older it seems.
I couldn’t personally live without caffeine, as terrible as that sounds, but i go through these every 6 months or so. We usually get the multi ones are Walgreens when they are on sale.
Otherwise, these are our plates, my favorite grill pan – the easiest thing to clean, bamboo sheets (they are soft and easy to keep clean), filter for the kitchen – PUR fridge insert, and my favorite meal prep item – this steamer for the microwave. I’ve done rice and veggies in it. Works great.
As I said, seems like you find your sweet spots as you get older – I don’t even use the same butter as my parents anymore. Its crazy how you develop. Anyway thank you if you share or use any of the links!
