How do you deal with the chaos? Planning really helps me, even if it takes up it's own time - sitting down to really look at the things and see how they can fit together on the regular has helped me manage my ADHD before I knew it was ADHD.

I like lists, so I don't want to get rid of my weekly list but after a few years I need something more strategic...so testing this.

ATM I have been using a simple todo list and keeping a 'completed' page in the planner for things that got done that day for morale 🤪

Concerned about the world, we are in a very blue state but still concerning and of course worry on other women. I post and share a lot more on threads, however we lean left in this house as an FYI. Concerned about us but hopeful still, I know the job market sucks right now, fingers crossed still as the holidays wrap up.

I am focusing on goals that are more digital and prep-oriented this month cause so much is up in the air. Reminder its like week 1, there is plenty of time for goals.
